US Bank refused to provide a simple requested statement that shows evidence of income


I am filing an Affidavit of Support with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and this process require submitting evidence of income accompanying the Affidavit as following: Required a statement from an officer of the bank showing the following details regarding the accounts:
(1) Date account open;
(2) Total amount deposited for the last past year; and (3) Present balance.
I want to the local branches one in Cathedral City, CA and another in Palm Desert, CA and both said they could not provide this statement. The branch manager said he could not do this. Instead he provided monthly statements and I explained that was insufficient and fall short of the required information. The branch office referred me to contact their Customer Care and they could help. I had several phones conversation with Customer Care Unit in Saint Paul, MN explaining the problem and the specific solution requester as describe above. A few days later, a representor from Customer Care call and provided a fax number and said that I had to put my SSN on my request and fax it using the number she provided. I felt uncomfortable faxing my personal information (SSN) so I call June 7, 2017 and found out that the fax number was the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services%u2019 number. She lead me to believe that my request would be faxed to the Customer Care Unite but instead it was been dismissed by faxing it to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. This is dishonest, leading me to believe that I was faxing my information request to USbank this have to be the worst customer service experience I%u2019ve ever encountered from any bank. So they have dismissed my request.
