I am filing an Affidavit of Support with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and this process require submitting evidence of income accompanying the Affidavit as following: A statement from an officer of the bank showing the following details regarding the accounts: (1) Date account open; (2) Total amount deposited for the last past year; and (3) Present balance.
I want to the local branches one in Cathedral City, CA and another in Palm Desert, CA and both said they could not provide this statement. The branch manage said he could not do this. I showed him a statement that this bank did for me 2 year ago and I need the same kind of statement now. His respond they stop doing this about six months ago. They referred to contact Customer Care and they could help. I had several phones conversation with Customer Care Unit in Saint Paul, MN explaining the problem and the specific solution requester as describe above: But the statement sent was insufficient falling short of (1) Date account open; (2) Total amount deposited for the last past year; and (3) Present balance. Later, a representor from Customer Care call by phone and provide a fax number and said that I had to put my SSN on my request and fax it to the number she provided. I felt uncomfortable faxing my personal information (SSN) so I call June 7, 2017 and found out that the fax number was the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ number. This is dishonest deceitful, leading me to believe that I was faxing my information request to USbank this have to be the worst or lack customer service that I ever encountered from any bank.
